Röviden: a beceneved és a képed mindenki számára látható, ezért nem lehet sértő, trágár, szexuális vagy megtévesztő. A kifogásolható tartalmat és a többi játékost bántó viselkedést nem tűrjük el. Játssz tisztességesen. Ha valaki megszegi a szabályokat, jelentsd az appban: minden jelentést 24 órán belül megnézünk. Akit nem szeretnél látni, azt letilthatod. Az érméknek nincs valódi értékük.
1. Kik vagyunk
A Budapest Rummy játékot Mate Molnar (2316 Tököl, Berkenye utca 25., Magyarország) üzemelteti (a továbbiakban: „mi”). Kapcsolat: support@budapestrummy.com.
2. A feltételek elfogadása
A játék online része — az asztalok, a ranglétra, a barátok és a postafiók — fiókhoz kötött. A becenév megadása előtt, meglévő fióknál pedig a következő indításkor az appban elfogadod ezeket a feltételeket. Ha nem fogadod el őket, az online részt nem használhatod, és a fiókodat bármikor törölheted. Az App Store-ból letöltött alkalmazásra az Apple szabványos végfelhasználói licencszerződése, a Google Playről letöltöttre a Google Play feltételei is vonatkoznak.
3. Ki játszhat
A játék 13 éven felülieknek szól; 13 év alatti gyermek nem hozhat létre fiókot.
4. A fiókod
Vendégként vagy Google-, illetve Apple-fiókkal játszhatsz. A vendégfiók az eszközödhöz kötött: ha az eszköz elveszik, a fiók nem állítható helyre. A Google- vagy Apple-fiókod biztonságáért te felelsz. A beceneved a választás után végleges; vendégként egyszer módosíthatod, amikor Google- vagy Apple-fiókot kötsz.
5. Érmék, jutalmak és a ranglétra
Az érmék és minden más jutalom csak a játékon belül létezik: nem vásárolhatók, nem válthatók pénzre, nem ruházhatók át, és nincs valódi értékük. A játék gazdaságát — a nevezési díjakat, a jutalmakat és a szezonokat — módosíthatjuk. A ranglétra-szezonok jutalma is csak játékbeli érme. Az Apple és a Google nem szponzora a ranglétrának és a jutalmaknak, és semmilyen módon nem vesz részt bennük.
6. Élő és gépi ellenfelek
Élő játékosok ellen játszol. Ha nem keres elég játékos, vagy valaki kilép és nem tud visszacsatlakozni, egy számítógép vezérelte ellenfél veszi át a helyét, hogy a játék ne álljon meg.
7. Tisztességes játék
Tilos:
- módosított vagy nem hivatalos alkalmazással játszani, vagy a játékot programmal játszatni;
- hibát kihasználni — ha találsz egyet, jelentsd, ne használd ki;
- más játékosokkal összejátszani, lépéseket vagy eredményt előre megbeszélni;
- több fiókot használni jutalmak halmozására vagy a ranglétra torzítására;
- a játék szervereit túlterhelni, támadni vagy illetéktelenül elérni.
8. Becenevek, képek és viselkedés
A beceneved és az avatárod — a Google-profilképed is, ha azt használod — mindenki számára látható: az asztalnál, a ranglétrán, a barátlistákban és a nevedben küldött levelekben. Egyik sem lehet:
- trágár, sértő, gyűlöletkeltő, fenyegető vagy zaklató;
- szexuális, erőszakos vagy jogellenes tartalmú, és nem is utalhat ilyenre;
- más személy — játékos, közismert ember vagy a játék üzemeltetője — megszemélyesítése;
- személyes adat, például telefonszám, lakcím vagy e-mail cím;
- reklám, link vagy más szolgáltatás népszerűsítése.
A viselkedésre ugyanez vonatkozik: a barátkérések, az asztalmeghívások és az emote-ok nem használhatók mások zaklatására vagy elárasztására.
Zéró tolerancia. A kifogásolható tartalmat és a többi játékost bántó viselkedést nem tűrjük el: az ilyen becenevet vagy képet eltávolítjuk, a játékossal szemben pedig a 9. pont szerint lépünk fel.
9. Mi történik szabálysértéskor
- A becenévszűrő bizonyos neveket már a megadáskor elutasít.
- Szabálysértő kép esetén az avatárodat a játék egyik saját képére állítjuk vissza.
- Szabálysértő becenév esetén a következő indításkor új becenevet kell választanod.
- Súlyos vagy ismételt szabálysértésnél — a tisztességes játék megsértését is ideértve — ideiglenesen vagy véglegesen kizárhatunk az online asztalokról, és a fiókot felfüggeszthetjük vagy megszüntethetjük.

10. Jelentés és tiltás
Jelentés. Az appban bármely játékost jelentheted a becenevéért, a képéért vagy a viselkedéséért: koppints a mellette álló „···” gombra az asztalnál, a meccs végén, a ranglétrán vagy a barátlistában, és válaszd a Jelentés lehetőséget. E-mailben is jelezhetsz: support@budapestrummy.com. Minden jelentést 24 órán belül megnézünk, és ha a jelentés megalapozott, a szabálysértő tartalmat eltávolítjuk, a játékossal szemben pedig a 9. pont szerint lépünk fel. A bejelentett játékos nem tudja meg, ki jelentette.
Tiltás. Ugyanitt le is tilthatod a játékost. Tiltás után nem látod az emote-jait, a barátkérései és az asztalmeghívásai automatikusan elutasítódnak, és ha barátok voltatok, a barátság megszűnik. A tiltást a Barátok szobában oldhatod fel.
11. Hirdetés
A napi bónusz képernyőn egy önként megnézhető jutalomvideó van. A hirdetéseket a Google AdMob szolgálja ki; a tartalmukért nem felelünk.
12. A szolgáltatás
A játékot ingyenesen, „ahogy van” alapon biztosítjuk. Az online játékhoz internetkapcsolat kell. Előfordulhat karbantartás vagy kiesés, és a funkciókat bővíthetjük, módosíthatjuk vagy megszüntethetjük. Felelősségünket a jogszabályok által megengedett mértékben korlátozzuk; a jogszabály szerint kötelező fogyasztói jogaidat ezek a feltételek nem érintik.
13. A fiók megszűnése
A fiókodat bármikor törölheted az appban: a lobbiban koppints a nevedre, majd a Profil szobában válaszd a Fiók törlése gombot. Mit töröl és mit őriz meg a törlés, azt az adatvédelmi tájékoztató írja le.
14. Adatvédelem
Az adatkezelésről az adatvédelmi tájékoztató szól.
15. Változások
Ha a feltételek lényegesen változnak, az appban jelezzük, és a következő indításkor újra el kell fogadnod őket. A mindenkori változat ezen a címen érhető el.
16. Irányadó jog
A feltételekre a magyar jog az irányadó. Ha fogyasztó vagy, a lakóhelyed szerinti ország kötelező fogyasztóvédelmi szabályai is megilletnek.
17. Kapcsolat
The short version: everyone can see your nickname and picture, so they must not be offensive, obscene, sexual or misleading. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. Play fair. If someone breaks the rules, report them in the app: we review every report within 24 hours. You can block anyone you would rather not see. Coins have no real-world value.
1. Who we are
Budapest Rummy is operated by Mate Molnar (Berkenye utca 25, 2316 Tököl, Hungary) ("we"). Contact: support@budapestrummy.com.
2. Accepting these terms
The online part of the game — the tables, the ladder, friends and the mailbox — needs an account. You accept these terms in the app before you choose your nickname, or, for an existing account, the next time you open the app. If you do not accept them you cannot use the online part, and you can delete your account at any time. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play terms also apply.
3. Who may play
The game is for people aged 13 and over; children under 13 may not create an account.
4. Your account
You can play as a guest or with a Google or Apple account. A guest account belongs to your device: if the device is lost, the account cannot be recovered. You are responsible for keeping your Google or Apple account secure. Your nickname is fixed once chosen; as a guest you may change it once, when you link a Google or Apple account.
5. Coins, rewards and the ladder
Coins and every other reward exist only inside the game: they cannot be bought, cashed out or transferred, and they have no real-world value. We may change the game's economy — entry fees, rewards and seasons. Ladder season rewards are in-game coins as well. Apple and Google are not sponsors of the ladder or its rewards and are not involved with them in any way.
6. Real and computer-controlled opponents
You play against real people. When not enough players are searching, or someone leaves and cannot reconnect, a computer-controlled opponent takes the seat so the game never stops.
7. Fair play
You may not:
- play with a modified or unofficial app, or have a program play for you;
- exploit a bug — if you find one, report it instead;
- collude with other players or arrange moves or results in advance;
- use several accounts to pile up rewards or distort the ladder;
- overload, attack or gain unauthorized access to the game's servers.
8. Nicknames, pictures and behavior
Your nickname and avatar — including your Google profile picture if you use it — are visible to everyone: at the table, on the ladder, in friends lists and in letters sent in your name. Neither may be:
- obscene, offensive, hateful, threatening or harassing;
- sexual, violent or unlawful, or suggestive of such content;
- an impersonation of someone else — a player, a public figure or the game's operator;
- personal information, such as a phone number, home address or e-mail address;
- advertising, a link, or a promotion of another service.
The same goes for behavior: friend requests, table invitations and emotes may not be used to harass or flood other players.
Zero tolerance. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players: such a nickname or picture is removed, and the player is dealt with as section 9 describes.
9. What happens when the rules are broken
- The nickname filter refuses some names as soon as they are entered.
- If a picture breaks the rules, we reset your avatar to one of the game's own pictures.
- If a nickname breaks the rules, you will have to choose a new one the next time you open the app.
- For serious or repeated breaches — including breaches of fair play — we may exclude you from the online tables temporarily or permanently, and suspend or close the account.
If you think we got it wrong, write to support@budapestrummy.com and we will look at it again.
10. Reporting and blocking
Reporting. In the app you can report any player for their nickname, their picture or their behavior: tap the "···" button beside them at the table, at the end of a match, on the ladder or in your friends list, and choose Report. You can also write to support@budapestrummy.com. We review every report within 24 hours; if it is founded, we remove the offending content and act against the player who posted it as described in section 9. The reported player is not told who reported them.
Blocking. From the same place you can block the player. Once blocked, you no longer see their emotes, their friend requests and table invitations are declined automatically, and if you were friends, the friendship ends. You can unblock them in the Friends room.
11. Ads
The daily-bonus screen offers one optional rewarded video. Ads are served by Google AdMob; we are not responsible for their content.
12. The service
The game is provided free of charge and "as is". Online play needs an internet connection. There may be maintenance or outages, and we may add, change or remove features. We limit our liability to the extent the law allows; nothing in these terms affects the consumer rights the law gives you.
13. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: tap your name in the lobby, then Delete account in the Profile room. What a deletion erases and what it keeps is described in the privacy policy.
14. Privacy
How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
15. Changes
If these terms change materially, we will say so in the app, and you will need to accept them again the next time you open it. The current version always lives at this address.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
